HISTORIA DEL DESIERTO

Short animation (6 min)

Rosita Guzman (aka “La Mocha”) escaped from prison in 1962 and was never found. Dubbed Mexico’s Jack the Ripper, La Mocha’s distinctive characteristic was that she lacked thumbs: she was blamed for numerous violent crimes, and kept the roads and byways to avoid capture. This false documentary picks up her story 40 years later.
